Support tickets? What support tickers?
After installing DemoDemo's online tutorials, life is a breeze! The customers love them, and it gives us more time to concentrate on more important issues. After installing the tutorials, I actually checked several times to see if our email was still working! I couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting flooded with email requests anymore. I thought for sure something was wrong! Nope, nothing was wrong - in fact everything was right! Customers were obviously answering their own questions and not having as many problems.

DemoDemo has certainly worked very well for us and our clients. It is easier to point a client to a movie tutorial rather than explain procedures via email or over the telephone. We have now integrated the movies into our support site and have definitely noticed a considerable reduction in support requests. Vito is also a fantastic guy, very helpful and very prompt service.

The Hsphere tutorials are an outstanding product. We bought the Hsphere End Users and the Hsphere Resellers Series. We have then referenced on our web site and in the Main Panel of the Control Panel where a client will see the Tutorial link if they are about to send in a trouble ticket. We also provide a link in our Welcome letter to new clients and request they review them prior to setting up their site.

We sent out an email to all clients asking them to review these tutorials when we first installed them.
